Interesting par 3 hole
Yesterday was the last day of our golf package. We ended it by playing with a very annoying lady golfer from near New York who talked nonstop all the way round the course. She and her husband were on their way back home after spending most of the winter in Florida but had stopped off for a week in Hilton Head. She distracted me from my golf and Ben was annoyed near the end when she kept driving her buggy in front of where he was about to hit his ball. Her 79-year-old husband walked for most of the course as he was trying to make sure he kept fit in his advancing years. He was a retired New York Wall Street trader. It was quite a relief when we finished, and they went off in another direction from us. It was getting foggy as we finished our round, and it seems as if the weather had broken as it rained heavily overnight and has been overcast but humid today. I think we have a couple of rainy days coming before it brightens up, but it is forecast to be cooler.

I had not met her as it was him and his son who we had played golf with. She said she had heard everything about us from her husband. We stood talking at the water's edge for about a quarter of an hour. They are returning to their home in Michigan on Sunday. While I was walking on the beach, I was surprised to see a duck swimming in the waves. There was a lady taking photos of it and she commented to me that she didn't think it should have been in the sea.  I googled it when I got home and found there are a few types of ducks which can be see
